Bhramari (humming breath) helps quieten mental noise and ease emotional tension. Kapalbhati (cleansing breath) supports energy flow and helps release stagnation in the body.

Meditation, as we know, is Dhyana (ध्यान) in Sanskrit. It is the awareness of everything within us and around, without holding on to anything. With gentle guidance, you begin to experience moments of awareness and peace. Thoughts feel less overwhelming and there is a greater sense of ease and clarity.
