Pranic healing is a no touch energy healing based on the principle of Self Recovery and the principle of Prana (Life Force). The technique involves cleaning the unfavourable, diseased energy from the Aura (Energy system), Chakra system and energising with fresh Prana which promotes the emotional health, mental health and aligns the major organs and nerve system.
Akashic Records is the dimension of consciousness in energy form and has the collection of thoughts, words, emotions, intentions and life experiences of every soul's journey. They provide guidance, clarity, understanding present life purpose, past lives and karmic patterns.
Yoga means "union" or "to join." Yoga can be perceived as connecting your body and mind, OR connecting you to your inner self, OR connecting you to the universe. It helps you to understand and define your own connection. Different asanas, along with breath, bring more awareness to your body.
Pranayama brings awareness to the natural rhythm of breath. Practices such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) help balance the system and bring a sense of calm clarity. Bhramari (humming breath) helps quieten mental noise and ease emotional tension. Kapalbhati (cleansing breath) supports energy flow.
Meditation, as we know, is Dhyana (ध्यान) in Sanskrit. It is the awareness of everything within us and around, without holding on to anything. It starts with the practice of breath, eventually body and mind follows and that helps you to relax within, clear your thoughts, and helps you discover peace and harmony.
