In everyday personal or professional life, a constant mental activity, physical discomfort, emotional strain, stressful life, fatigue or a sense of being unsettled without a clear reason shows up as an imbalance.
We created Samatwam as a space that responds to this reality by supporting you while deeply understanding the root cause. We bring together a blend of gentle, holistic and ancient learnings that help you to create this balance and experience the beauty of peace, happiness and harmony.
Nothing here is rushed or forced. You are not expected to arrive in a certain way or reach a certain outcome. The focus is simply to help you feel more at ease in your own body and mind, and move forward with greater steadiness.

Initially i was unaware about healing therapy. When i started with this therapy, i felt difference within me.. in a way to say, feeling fresh , confident and positive mindset. I did yoga with Pooja for a year along with my daughter, and it was a very nice experience for me. She teaches with a lot of patience and explains everything very clearly. I felt more active, relaxed, comfortable in my body during that time. Her sessions were something I always looked forward to.
I practiced online yoga with Pooja for about a year, and it was a truly grounding experience. Her sessions were always calm, well-structured, and easy to follow, even virtually. It became an important part of my routine at the time, not just for fitness, but for mental clarity as well. I really appreciated her patience and the positive energy she brought to every session.
Growing up, yoga was always a part of my life, though I never truly appreciated its value as a child. My journey with Pooja started in 2023, and over the last three years, it has been a beautiful and evolving experience. For me, this journey was never about weight loss. It was about improving my health, managing my diabetes better, and building mobility and flexibility for my passion for running. Pooja designed routines that specifically helped strengthen my legs and thighs, which has really improved my running pace and endurance. What I value the most, though, is the impact yoga has had on my mental well-being. As I stepped into a Head of Department role, it helped me become calmer, more balanced, and less reactive in both my personal and professional life. The biggest compliment came from my mother, who noticed how much more composed and aligned I have become in the way I communicate. I truly see a better version of myself every single day, and I’m grateful to Pooja for being such an important part of that journey.
Pooja is extremely talented and a gifted Healer. She is kind, compassionate and empathetic. I have got several akashic records reading and healing sessions from her. Her reading is extremely accurate and to the point and I could relate to what she has said. I have asked her a few questions where she knew nothing about my situation but still the reading she did was bang on. Love her energy and patience. She is easy to reach out to and very helping. I had my Akashic Records session with Pooja Dargon and I can’t express how relaxed and peaceful I feel now. She explained everything with such warmth and clarity that it touched me deeply.
